With so many options to choose from, we’ve narrowed down the top three in each region of the country for your next day out with your pet!

 

Northeast

Lyman, Maine is home to one of the funkiest spots on our list, Funky Bow Beer Company. Named one of the most unique breweries in the country, this beer company sits atop 20 acres of scenic Maine and features a large area of off-leash fun for your dog!

Settled on the coast of Maine, Maine Beer Company has quickly grown into one of the most loved breweries in the Northeast. Their “Do what’s right” pledge supports their mission to give 1% back to our planet. Arguably, the best part is that your furry companion is welcome in their outdoor seating areas.

Last, but certainly not least on our Northeast list is Night Shift Brewing out of Everett, Massachusetts. With one taproom located in Boston, and one just across the Mystic River in Everett, there are multiple ways to enjoy this popular brewery. A wall full of selections and a dog-friendly outdoor patio makes this  a great place to pick up a cold drink on a warm Massachusetts day.

 

Southeast

Dunedin Brewery may be one of the most dog-friendly breweries on our list! Each month, Dunedin Brewery partners with a local animal shelter to host adoption events for pets looking for their forever home. So, if you decide to go visit them in Dunedin, Florida you may just end up with a new companion.

Want to add a little spookiness to your next adventure? Moon River Brewing Company in Savannah, Georgia is one of the most unique breweries in the Southeast. With a historic past that used to include a lion and a lioness on display, you and your pup can enjoy an ice-cold refreshment while learning about one of Savannah’s most haunted places!

Wagbar in Asheville, North Carolina was founded with one goal in mind: bring the dog community together and enhance the lives of dogs and their owners. With 25,000 square feet of off-leash and interactive space for dogs to play, humans can enjoy a cold drink while giving their pups a great day out!

 

Midwest

This next spot might be one of the most unique ones on the list! Bar K is a Dog Park, bar, restaurant, and event space all in one. Their unique membership program gives you and your furry friend unlimited access to Bar K during open hours or you can purchase guest passes as well. You can even host your pups birthday party, which comes complete with bone cakes, trained dogtenders, and party supplies!

The Hounds & Tap brings dog-friendly breweries to a whole new level. If you are looking for a place to meet up for a drink and bring your dog, The Hounds & Tap is the place to be. However, they also offer self-wash stations, grooming, and boarding where everyday is playday! The next time you are in Wisconsin, stop by Menomonee Falls for a day your dog is sure to enjoy! 

Missouri is up next with The Doghaus. St. Louis’ first Dog Park Sports Bar has everything for pups and their owners. The Doghaus offers memberships for you to come with your pup at any time they are open and offer day passes as well. This dog park offers serving windows to the sports bar so you never have to leave the dog park to get a drink!

 

Northwest 

Beehive Basin Brewery in Big Sky, Montana is located in the town center and is quickly becoming one of the more popular spots in town. This microbrewery operates with a 7-barrel system which allows their brewmaster to change up what they have on tap. This means that each trip may be unique. Leashed pooches are welcome inside the taproom as well as out on the patio. They even have a friendly resident lab to greet you on your way in! 

Is it possible to run a brewery in a sustainable way without sacrificing great atmosphere for all? Pop into Worthy Brewing Company  in Bend, Oregon for a peek at one of the best. Worthy Brewing Company has a specific mission: People First, Beer Second. They are driven to continually provide the highest quality craft beers and creating a warm guest experience, all while educating others and maintaining sustainability. They even have a “hopservatory” that allows you to look at galaxies and stars. Dogs are also welcome in the spacious beer garden.

The next time you’re in Seattle, Washington, get ready to spoil your dog on a night out at Fremont Brewing Company! This brewery offers all of their four-legged patrons free pretzels and dog treats while having open space in their taproom/garage for them to hang out.

 

Southwest

Marble Brewery in New Mexico is quickly becoming a mecca for dog-lovers to enjoy a relaxing drink on a nice day. Guests can bring their dog as they feature a pet-friendly outdoor area with plenty of seating.

Ever wondered what a DOGtoberfest would be like? Big Dog’s Brewing Company in Las Vegas hosts an annual fall fundraiser for four-legged friends! This brewery offers over 20 different beer selections and has large outdoor patios for you and your dog to enjoy.
